Si tiene preguntas sobre las políticas de vuelos de código compartido, póngase en contacto con nuestro Centro de reservas.Merchant of Record for all transactions processed through its website or authorized sales channels in connection with the sale of air transportation and related services operated by Sunrise Airways S.A., Sunrise Airways Dominicana (SAD), and Sunrise Airways Dominica Limited (SADL) (collectively, the “Carriers”).As the Merchant of Record, Sunrise Airways USA Inc. is the legal seller of record and is responsible for processing payments, issuing customer receipts, managing chargebacks and refunds, and complying with applicable consumer protection and financial regulations.

The contract of carriage for air transportation remains between the passenger and the Carrier operating the flight. Sunrise Airways USA Inc.’s role as Merchant of Record relates solely to the sale and payment transaction, and does not affect the Carrier’s operational responsibilities for flight performance, safety, or regulatory compliance.

Sunrise Airways USA Inc. shall collect and remit all applicable taxes, fees, and charges associated with the sale transaction, in accordance with relevant U.S. and international tax laws. The Carriers remain responsible for taxes and fees applicable to the operation of air services under their respective Air Operator Certificates (AOCs).

Sunrise Airways USA Inc. shall be responsible for addressing customer payment disputes, refunds, and chargebacks arising from transactions where it acts as Merchant of Record. Any claims or matters related to the operation or performance of the flight shall be directed to the operating Carrier.

Sunrise Airways USA Inc. shall appear as the seller or payee on the customer’s payment statement and shall bear full responsibility for compliance with applicable payment processing, data protection, and consumer laws. This structure does not establish Sunrise Airways USA Inc. as an agent of the Carriers for purposes of liability arising from flight operations.
