The transportation of passengers and luggage on flights operated by SUNRISE AIRWAYS S.A. ("SUNRISE AIRWAYS") and Servicios Aereos Geca ("SUNRISE AIRWAYS DOMINICANA"), and other airlines that operate as codeshare partners of Sunrise Airways and Sunrise Dominicana, are subject to the terms and conditions established in this Contract of Carriage, on the terms and conditions printed on the ticket, on the e-ticket receipt, on the published fares and itineraries, and on the airline's website. By purchasing a ticket or accepting transportation, the passenger agrees to these provisions.
